Refund Policy

Trendoks Limited offers non-tangible irrevocable services, therefore the client must clearly understand that we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is done.

For the further purposes of refund policy clarification please note, that the refund is only possible in case when the account had been deposited but no trades were made. In this case, the refund will amount to withdrawal of entire deposit.

Furthermore, the withdrawal is only possible when the client has no open trading positions. Please note that the processing of the withdrawal (refund) requests usually takes 3–5 business days.
